Blocking a known email address

An email has not been received by my wife yet with a video, but I do know an email address I would like to preemptively block on GMail.  All I can find is how to set spam filters, or take care of it after arrival.  I am too embarrassed, and afraid, to tell my wife to not open or look at an email.

GMAIL does not really allow you to do that. You have to wait until one arrives to block it by reporting it as spam.

However, an incredible amount of change has taken place in the last year on email security. So GMAIL has become much smarter about putting certain kinds of emails into spam/junk automatically.

One more thing, make sure you remove your Hangouts Profile and turn it off - Hangouts is well over 70% all scammers.
